Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for booking your appointment with me. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline my policies for cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Deposits Are Refundable UP TO 48 hours prior to booking
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit guarantees your slot and provides financial security to my small business in case of cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposits are retained if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the treatment. NO EXCEPTIONS are made including sickness, child care issues, traffic, or other personal emergencies.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing via email, text, or WhatsApp to 07903103582.
Voicemails or attempted phone calls will not be accepted as a valid cancellation method.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling must also be requested in writing via email, text, or WhatsApp.
Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment date.
4. Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures that other clients are not affected, and the schedule remains on track.
5. Top-Up Appointments
If you cancel or reschedule a top-up appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, a £50 charge will apply.
6. No Exceptions Policy
Q: ''Why isn't there an exception for illness or being stuck in traffic? It's not my fault that's happened.''
A: As a small business, I cannot absorb the financial loss caused by missed appointments. Regardless of the reason, whether it’s illness, unexpected childcare issues, or other emergencies, missed appointments mean a significant loss of income. Whether you have a completely valid reason for not being able to come, the missed appointment has still occured and it means I end up paying for that financial loss myself. Your deposit helps to mitigate this loss, but it does not cover the full impact. I ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
7. Understanding the Impact
Each appointment slot is valuable, and missed appointments cannot be easily filled at short notice. Deposits and cancellation fees are necessary to protect the business and ensure I can continue offering my services.
